- Description
This program is a collaborative support and treatment program between the local branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association and Mental Health and Addictions at Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC).
Works with individuals and their families to identify challenges and develop an individual treatment plan through initial assessment, intensive treatment and case management services.
The healthcare team includes a Psychiatrist, Social Worker and Community Outreach Worker- Eligibility

- Call for an appointment. Referrals from family members, friends, treating physicians or self-referral.
